To locate the Atlantean Worm, use the scanner obtained from the ancient hologram capsule. Even if you cross paths with it, the boss will ignore you until you use a key item called the Bait Column, which can be purchased from the wild merchant. This item must be placed in the ocean where the boss swims to attract its attention.

How to Defeat the Atlantean Worm in Core Keeper

If you’re well equipped when facing this boss, it shouldn’t pose a major problem. The key to victory is to dodge and run. It is highly recommended to craft the fast octarine boat, even if it takes extra time to build. The speed difference will be beneficial in the fight.

The main challenge posed by this boss is its speed and the mechanic of dividing its body as you destroy the rings surrounding it.
