Genshin Impact Spinel Fruit locations

Spinel Fruit is a versatile item in Genshin Impact, serving both as a cooking ingredient and as a currency to purchase Natlan’s craftable weapon blueprints. This material can be challenging to locate, as Spinel Fruit grows exclusively in underground areas close to Natlan’s Liquid Phlogiston Zones. To access most of these locations, players must complete specific World Quests.

To assist you in efficiently farming Spinel Fruit, we’ve compiled a comprehensive guide detailing all the locations where you can find this resource, including the necessary World Quests to unlock these areas.

What is Spinel Fruit used for?

In Genshin Impact, Spinel Fruit is primarily used as a cooking ingredient in Natlan. Additionally, it is required to purchase weapon blueprints from a blacksmith in Natlan. Specifically, players need 10 Spinel Fruits, along with other materials, to acquire the following weapon blueprints:

  • Flute of Ezpitzal (sword)
  • Footprint of the Rainbow (polearm)

With only 15 Spinel Fruit locations available, each spot contains two fruits, allowing players to collect up to 30 fruits at a time. To gather more, players can either wait for two real days for the fruits to respawn or join another player’s world in co-op mode to collect theirs.

Genshin Impact Spinel Fruit locations

Spinel Fruit is primarily found underground near the Liquid Phlogiston Zones in Natlan. There are a total of 15 locations for Spinel Fruit in Natlan, with 13 of these locations situated in the underground region of Ameyalco Waters, close to the People of the Springs tribe. This area is known as Toyac Springs.

Additionally, there are two Spinel Fruit locations in the underground section of the Tequemecan Valley, near the Children of Echoes tribe.

Both locations require players to initiate specific World Quests for access.

Toyac Springs

Toyac Springs features 13 locations for Spinel Fruit, each containing two fruits, resulting in a total of 26 fruits available for collection.

To unlock Toyac Springs, players need to complete the ‘Tale of Dreams Plucked From Fire’ World Quest. To begin this quest, descend into the large hole located south of the Ameyalco Waters Statue of Seven, in the People of the Springs area in Natlan.

Upon reaching the bottom of the hole, players should speak to Chikya to accept the quest, which will guide them to Toyac Springs. It is advisable to inhabit one of the Koholasaurus Saurians while farming Spinel Fruit here, as they are immune to damage from the lava-like Phlogiston.

Tequemecan Valley (underground)

In the underground area of Tequemecan Valley, there are two locations where Spinel Fruit can be found, yielding a total of four fruits.

To access this underground area, players must acquire the pass for Tisoc to start the ‘Ripe for Trouble’ World Quest. The entrance to this area is located directly beneath the large Flamegranate Tree in Tequemecan Valley.

By following the ‘Ripe for Trouble’ quest, players will reach the two Spinel Fruit locations underground.

For subsequent visits to farm Spinel Fruit, players should inhabit a Yumkasaurus Saurian and use grappling to navigate to the large hole in the southern part of the cave. By jumping down and grappling to the other end of the lower level, players will discover the Spinel Fruits positioned close to each other at the back of this area.

Happy farming of Spinel Fruit in Genshin Impact!
