Shared Skies marks the 15th game-wide season of Pokémon Go, introducing new features and events that excite trainers around the globe. A significant highlight of this season is the much-anticipated Go Fest 2024, alongside the introduction of the Fusion mechanic, which allows players to merge certain Pokémon. Additionally, new Pokémon have been announced, adding to the thrill of the game.

As with previous seasons, Shared Skies brings changes to egg pools, seasonal spawns, and the availability of Pokémon in the northern and southern hemispheres. Trainers can look forward to a plethora of in-game events and features enhancing their experience.

Pokémon Go Shared Skies End Date

The Shared Skies season commenced on June 1st and will conclude on September 3rd. During this period, Season 19 of the Go Battle League will also take place, featuring three leagues and a variety of special cups for competitive players.

Shared Skies Bonuses

Throughout the Shared Skies season, trainers can enjoy several bonuses:

• One additional Special Trade per day, enhancing trading opportunities.
• Higher chances for trainers level 31 and above to receive Candy XL from exploring with their buddy Pokémon.
• Increased XP for the first catch of the day, rewarding players for their daily engagements.

The Research Breakthrough encounters have changed as well, with trainers having the chance to encounter Pokémon such as Hisuian Growlithe, Larvitar, Audino, Axew, Furfrou, and Jangmo-o from June 1st to September 3rd.

Shared Skies Roadmap

While many of the new Pokémon are yet to be revealed, it is confirmed that Necrozma will debut in raids during Go Fest 2024, offering players the opportunity to fuse it with Solgaleo or Lunala, creating Dusk Mane or Dawn Wings Necrozma, respectively. This fusion process uses Solar and Lunar Fusion Energy, obtained through raid battles.

Additionally, the new Mythical Pokémon Marshadow will be available during the Global Go Fest 2024 event, expanding the roster of available Pokémon.

Go Fest 2024 will feature several in-person events in locations such as Sendai, Madrid, and New York City, culminating in the Global event in mid-July.
