Ultra Space Wonders brings the exciting introduction of three Ultra Beasts into Pokémon Go: Naganadel, Stakataka, and Blacephalon. While Stakataka and Blacephalon are regionally exclusive Pokémon featured in five-star raids, Naganadel is an evolution of Poipole, which players can obtain through the World of Wonders special research quest.

In addition to these new Pokémon, players can engage in the Ultra Space Wonders Collection Challenges and complete exclusive research tasks. The event also marks the release of a shiny version of Mareanie and culminates in the final stage of the World of Wonder Special Research quest.

The Ultra Space Wonders Collection Challenge: Research is also available until the same deadline. To complete this challenge, players must catch specific Pokémon by completing their associated research tasks. The event includes exclusive field research tasks designed to assist in this endeavor.

The following Pokémon are part of this challenge:

• Nidoran Female – Found through event-exclusive tasks (Catch 10 Pokémon) and seasonal field research tasks (Make 10 Nice Throws)
• Nidoran Male – Found through event-exclusive tasks (Catch 10 Pokémon) and seasonal field research tasks (Make 10 Nice Throws)
• Trubbish – Found through event-exclusive tasks (Power up Pokémon 10 times) and seasonal field research tasks (Hatch an Egg)

Completing this challenge provides 5000 XP and a Trubbish encounter.

Ultra Space Wonders Collection Challenge: Raid Pokémon List

The Ultra Space Wonders Collection Challenge: Raid is also available until the same deadline. Players must defeat specific Pokémon in raids to count towards this challenge. Completing this challenge rewards players with valuable benefits.

The Pokémon involved in this challenge include:

• Bagon – Available in one-star raids
• Deino – Available in one-star raids
• Druddigon – Available in three-star raids

Successfully completing this challenge rewards players with 10,000 XP and a Mareanie encounter.

Ultra Space Wonders Field Research Tasks

During the Ultra Space Wonders event, players can collect event-exclusive field research tasks by spinning PokéStops. While these tasks can be saved for later completion, tackling them during the event can help players finish the Collection Challenges more efficiently.

The available field research tasks and their rewards are as follows:

• Catch 10 Pokémon – Reward: Encounter with Nidoran Female or Nidoran Male
• Power up Pokémon 5 times – Reward: Encounter with Trubbish
• Power up Pokémon 10 times – Reward: Encounter with Mareanie
• Win a raid – Reward: Encounter with Goomy or Jangmo-o

Additional Information on Ultra Space Wonders

The Ultra Space Wonders event introduces Naganadel, which can be evolved from Poipole caught in the World of Wonders Special Research quest. Players need to catch 20 Dragon-type Pokémon while having Poipole as their buddy and use 200 Poipole Candy to complete the evolution.

Additionally, the final part of the World of Wonders Special Research quest will also be available during this event. Players must claim this quest before the specified deadline to avoid missing out on adding Poipole and Naganadel to their Pokédex.

Stakataka and Blacephalon are also debuting as part of this event. Stakataka will be available in five-star raids in the Eastern Hemisphere, while Blacephalon can only be found in the Western Hemisphere. Lastly, a timed research quest is available for purchase during the Ultra Space Wonders event. This quest is priced at $5 or the equivalent in local currency and cannot be purchased using PokéCoins.
