Character event Banners typically run for three weeks and feature one 5-Star character with increased pull odds, along with three boosted 4-Star characters. In addition, Light Cone weapon Banners also rotate every three weeks, changing their featured 5-Star and 4-Star pulls. Players can also access two permanent Banners, each with its own set of characters and Light Cones.

Next Character Event Banner

For the temporary event character Banners, players need to use Special Star Passes to Warp. These Banners generally refresh every three weeks. Recent announcements have confirmed that Rappa, an Imaginary attacker from The Erudition path, will be featured in the next Banner during version 2.6. Rappa’s introduction was highlighted through official drip marketing, generating excitement among players.

Next Light Cone Banners

The upcoming Light Cone Banners include the permanent weapon Banners, Brilliant Fixation and Bygone Reminiscence, which showcase boosted 5-Star and 4-Star weapons. Similar to character Banners, players will need to utilize Special Warp Passes for these Light Cone Banners.

Version 2.6 is set to feature a new 5-Star Erudition Light Cone that will be Rappa’s signature item. Additionally, leaks suggest that Acheron’s signature Nihility path Light Cone, titled Along the Passing Shore, might appear in one of the upcoming Banners, although the specific phase it will debut in is yet to be determined.

The ongoing character Banners in Honkai: Star Rail include Lingsha and Topaz. Meanwhile, the Bygone Reminiscence Banner features the returning 5-Star Light Cone Worrisome, Blissful, Topaz’s signature item, along with the same boosted 4-Star Light Cones as Brilliant Fixation.

Permanent Banners

Departure Warp Banner

Players can utilize their regular Star Passes on the permanent Departure Warp Banner. This Banner offers a significant incentive, as after 50 Warps, players are guaranteed a 5-Star character. It’s especially appealing due to a 20% discount when purchasing 10 Warps, allowing players to obtain ten Warps for the price of eight. The 5-Star characters available from this Banner include Bailu, Bronya, Clara, Gepard, Himeko, Welt, and Yanqing.

Regular Stellar Warp Banner

The Regular Stellar Warp Banner features all 5-Star characters and Light Cones not included in event character Banners. Players are guaranteed at least one 4-Star character or Light Cone for every 10 Warps made with regular Star Passes. After completing 300 Warps, players can choose any of the 5-Star characters available in this Banner. The 5-Star characters available include Bailu, Bronya, Clara, Gepard, Himeko, Welt, and Yanqing. Additionally, there is a vast selection of 4-Star characters, including Arlan, Asta, Dan Heng, and many more.
