Locating the Chess Piece

The first part of this intriguing Easter egg involves finding a chess piece on the Citadelle des Morts map. This chess piece is a small white knight mounted by a gallant knight, but its location varies with each game.

Summoning the Chess Knight

• This will begin the summoning of the knight, creating an area of effect around the board.
• You must then defeat zombies near the board within this area to charge the summoning location with souls.
• It’s best to initiate this during a round filled with zombies (if there aren’t enough, the summoning may fail).

After you’ve defeated enough zombies, the chessboard will fully charge, and a large chess piece resembling a blue specter will appear. This guardian knight will accompany you, unleashing powerful explosions similar to those of Dr. Chungo whenever he moves.
