Your adventure for this mission will lead you to several important locations. First, head to the Grand Waterfront area. There, make your way to the upper level of the tavern. You will need to check a table located in front of the stage on the left side to collect more clues.

Once you examine the table, you’ll spot a trail leading away from the tavern. Follow this trail down some stairs until you come across a lute on the ground. Next to it, a note will provide you with further context for your quest.

Your next stop will be the southeast section of the Catacombs. You can use a fast travel point to make your journey quicker. Once you arrive, look for a ladder to climb. As you explore, remember to investigate a nearby specter for additional lore and hints. At the end of this area, you’ll find a campfire that you must examine, propelling you further along in the quest.

From this point, you’ll need to make your way to the rooftops in the northeastern part of the city. Follow the quest marker to reach your goal, and be ready to confront some enemies. Upon reaching the tavern, speak with the NPC named Ambrosius, who will lead you to a room with a small chest containing valuable items and the memory titled “Artist’s Palette.” This interaction will also help you conclude the mission.
