Macabre Links is the twenty-seventh mission in the narrative of Dragon Age: The Veilguard. This mission will commence after you finish the prior task, Unwanted Guests. Start with the optional dialogues; you should have three to participate in. The first chance arises with Bellara, who is situated close by. During this exchange, you’ll face a Decision:

• Is this a bad time?

After this, you’ll encounter another response choice:

• What does your instinct tell you?
• He’s still your brother – We opted for this choice.
• Well, that’s unfortunate.

Following these dialogues, another Decision will present itself:

• We need to stop them.
• There might be a reason – We chose this option.
• People can change.

Completing these conversations will trigger the next mission with Bellara. The same structure will apply when you interact with Neve and Davrin, where you won’t have dialogue choices. After that, proceed to Lucanis for a conversation.
