Finding all of the Cosmo Canyon Cache locations in Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth is an optional side task that can greatly enhance your gameplay experience. Each Cosmo Canyon Cache contains multiple chests filled with valuable loot that will aid you in your quest against Sephiroth. To access many of these locations, you will need to obtain the Cosmo Canyon Chocobo.

All Cosmo Canyon Cache Locations

Here are all the Cache locations in Cosmo Canyon:

1. Salt Miner’s Shack
2. Galeswept Valley
3. The Celestia
4. Ancient Baths
5. Font Shrine
6. Oldewyrm Clearing
7. Capital Ruins

Salt Miner’s Shack Chests

At the Salt Miner’s Shack, you will find two chests. The first chest is located behind the raised hut, directly behind the phone booth used for calling Cid. For the second chest, descend the steps behind the hut and turn left. You will find another hut with a dark brown door and platforms to the right. Climb the platforms to reach the chest located on the roof of this hut.

Galeswept Valley Chests

Galeswept Valley also contains two chests. First, use your Chocobo to glide from the ramp next to Kamaria’s Chocobo Ranch to reach the Cache area. Once you arrive, look to your left for some wooden panels where the first chest is tucked away. For the second chest, glide across to the next area using the launch ramps and look against the canyon wall on your right.

The Celestia Chests

The Celestia Cache has three chests. To reach this location, head to Gliding Range No.5 and glide towards the remains of a large wooden ship. The first chest can be found inside the ship against the wall. To locate the second chest, find the climbing holds on the side of the ship and ascend to the top. The third chest is next to some Shinra boxes against the canyon wall in the direction of Kamaria’s Chocobo Ranch.

Ancient Baths Chests

There are two chests at the Ancient Baths. To reach them, glide from Gliding Range No.5 to an area of ruins behind the Remnawave Tower. The first chest is located in a cave-like area just past the arch under the stairs. The second chest is found at the top of the stairs on a ledge facing north-north east.

Font Shrine Chests

At the Font Shrine Cache, you will find two chests. To access this Cache, glide from Gliding Range No.21 to the opposite landing area using the airborne fan. Once there, use the Ruins Elevator to reach the top. Follow the stairs to the Shrine, and look left to enter the Font Shrine Cache area. The first chest is on a ledge opposite the stairs, while the second chest is behind some Shinra boxes hidden against the canyon wall.

Oldewyrm Clearing Chests

The Oldewyrm Clearing Cache contains three chests. It is advisable to Fast Travel to this location for easier access. The first chest can be found against the northeastern canyon wall. For the second chest, climb the wall with climbing holds located opposite a tent. The third chest is accessed by gliding from Gliding Range No.7 to a marked location where you will find an opening in a large mound.

Capital Ruins Chests

In the Capital Ruins, there are two chests. If you have previously discovered the Ancient Capital Remnawave Tower, you can Fast Travel directly there. Otherwise, glide from Gliding Range No.6 to the wooden landing pad opposite. Follow the path to Gliding Range No.7, and then glide across to the next wooden landing pad. The first chest is against a wall at the top of the stairs, while the second can be found across from the first chest on the other side of a small platform.
