ALL Fen’Harel heights and solution in Dragon Age: The Veilguard

The altars of Fen’Harel consist of a series of statues located across various regions in Dragon Age: The Veilguard. These statues will appear on your map as you approach them, allowing you to keep track of which ones you have yet to complete. To complete the altars, you must first interact with them, prompting the statue to orient itself towards your objective and sometimes reveal a path. Upon reaching the designated area, you will discover a wolf statuette that signals the completion of the task, granting you an additional skill point.

Be aware that there will be numerous altars that may not be accessible during your initial visit to an area. To assist you, a wolf spirit will appear at the statuette’s location, helping you identify the target from a distance.

Altars of Fen’Harel in the Crossroad

There are five altars of Fen’Harel situated in the Crossroad region.

Altar of Fen’Harel #1 in the Crossroad

This altar can be found to the southeast of the gate area. You are likely to encounter it during your quest.

Activate the altar and proceed up the slope. Before returning to the main area, you can make a jump to a ledge in front of you.

As you ascend the ledge, the statuette will appear, rewarding you with a skill point.

Altar of Fen’Harel #2 in the Crossroad

This altar is located in the Peaks of Athim area, which you will reach during a specific mission. It is positioned near the starting area at a southeastern turn.

To acquire the statuette, you must complete a prior quest. The statuette will be found after using an elevator, next to the zip line.

Altar of Fen’Harel #3 in the Crossroad

This altar is near the previous one, to the east. From the last altar, ascend the cabin ladder, cross the wooden steps, and climb the rock and wood steps beside the altar of the Evanuris to head east along the wall. The statue will be positioned at the end, by the cliff’s edge.

The statuette is situated in the plaza just below the cliff. Defeat the enemies and use the ladder leading to the zip line to reach the ruins above.

Altar of Fen’Harel #4 in the Crossroad

This altar is found in the southernmost area behind the Gate of the Lost Ages.

To reach it, you’ll need the essence of the champion, which is located near the statuette of the first altar in Port City. Then, traverse to the final plaza and break the crystals to activate the statue.

To find the statuette, climb the ladder to the right of the altar. If you look behind you as you ascend, you’ll see a spot where you can utilize Lucanis’s power to reach a ledge containing your reward.

Altar of Fen’Harel #5 in the Crossroad

The last altar is situated in the area of the Gate of the Faded Glory. In the central area, head north and turn right after crossing the stone arch. You will come across a ladder that goes down, so take that route and turn the corner to discover the altar.

After activating it, you must head to the island to the north. To access it, you need to adjust the statue above you to face east, and the northeast island statue (located by the western cliff) to look west. You will also need to reposition two additional statues in the central and eastern areas to ensure they face each other, allowing you to proceed northeast.

Altars of Fen’Harel in the Forest of Arlathan

There are three altars of Fen’Harel in the Forest of Arlathan:

Altar of Fen’Harel #1 in the Forest of Arlathan

This altar can be found in the northern area, quite close to where Harding’s mission occurs (you must have completed it to access the statuette).

After activating the statue, head to the location indicated below. It is situated next to the platform held by the “golden hands”. You will see the blue silhouette of a wolf in the area; it’s unmistakable.

Altar of Fen’Harel #2 in the Forest of Arlathan

The second altar is located in the northwest region, within an area where you complete a specific mission.

You will need to use the lightning artifact to restore the bridge that leads to the tallest building. The statuette is on the floating platforms you traveled to reach the building, positioned to the east. Move in that direction and look down to spot the wolf silhouette, which will transform into the statuette.

Altar of Fen’Harel #3 in the Forest of Arlathan

The third and final altar in the Forest of Arlathan is situated in the Contaminated Forest, an area located north of where you complete another mission. After finishing that, simply head northeast from the beacon and then northwest to reach this region, where you will see the altar in the northeastern part.

To find it, you will need to climb the wooden scaffolding in front of the altar and look up. You will notice some explosive barrels on a ledge. Shoot them to cause an explosion.

Altars of Fen’Harel in the Port City

There are two altars of Fen’Harel in the Port City:

Altar of Fen’Harel #1 in the Port City

The first altar is located in the northern part of the temple, at the very top of the city. You can access it without difficulty.

To find the statuette, you must slide down the slope next to it (you may need to adjust your position a bit for this to work). Sometimes, the protagonist can overlook evident details until much later.

Altar of Fen’Harel #2 in the Port City

This altar is found in the southernmost area of the city. You can reach it from the dock area, which you will access via an elevator. There is a fast travel beacon nearby that should be activated by completing other missions in the vicinity. Once there, just head towards the southernmost point, to a platform over the water, and examine the southern wall of the platform to make it disappear and reveal the altar.

Altars of Fen’Harel in the Coast of Rivain

There are two altars of Fen’Harel in the Coast of Rivain:

Altar of Fen’Harel #1 in the Coast of Rivain

This altar is located on the beach where you arrive with the eluvian; it will definitely be marked on your map as you progress through the story.

Approach the ruins from the north to move some rocks, break a wall, and access the statue. The statuette is located to the southwest, in the water. It is close to the path visible on the map that is blocked by the shore. You will easily see the wolf silhouette.

Altar of Fen’Harel #2 in the Coast of Rivain

The second altar is situated on the high cliffs of the upper beach area.

You will reach this location if, from the tree trunk used as a bridge to get to the castle, instead of continuing northeast, you turn left at the top of the trunk. You can easily climb the cliffs to reach the statue. From there, since you are elevated, you can look northwest and see some blue flames in the northwest corner of the section, to the left of the beacon. Climb the rocks and go past the brazier to find the silhouette in a puddle.

Altars of Fen’Harel in the Swamps of Hossberg

There are two altars of Fen’Harel in the Swamps of Hossberg:

Altar of Fen’Harel #1 in the Swamps of Hossberg

This altar is located in the swamp to the east of the settlement, at the northeast part of the swamp.

To find the statuette, approach the beacon in the western part of this area. Just north of it, there is a small shelter with some rocks you can lift from the back.

You will find the statuette on the roof of the shelter.
