This photograph can be found while exploring the Streets of Silent Hill. Head towards the entrance of the Wood Side Apartments. Once there, move towards the west, staying close to the fence next to the door.

As you walk, you’ll soon notice that the fence turns right. Look down to find the photograph lying on the ground.

You can find this photograph also in the Streets of Silent Hill. Make your way south along Neely Street until you reach the west sidewalk, where the Silent Hill Fresh Meats shop is located.

To collect the photo, break the shop window. This will reveal the photograph hidden inside.
