How to unlock an ally plush in CoD Black Ops 6 Zombies and what it is for

One of the most fascinating easter eggs in the Terminus map of Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 Zombies features a unique ally NPC called Mega Taponado. Steps to Unlock the Mega Taponado Ally Plush

Unlocking the Mega Taponado ally plush is a simple task that doesn’t involve any complex procedures. You just need to locate a total of six different plush toys that are hidden in specific areas of the Terminus map. Fortunately, these plush toys always spawn in the same locations, making them easier to find once you know where to look.

To collect a plush toy, simply walk up to it and hold down the interact button. The plush will then disappear and be sent to the interior of the residence building. You can gather them in any order you like.

Plush Toy Locations

Here are the locations of the six plush toys needed to unlock Mega Taponado:

Peluche #1

• Location: At the control post, next to the Stamin-Up machine. Look behind the slightly ajar door of a locker to find this plush.

Peluche #2

• Location: On the walkway connecting the engineering building to the marine tower. This plush is tucked away in some bushes on the far side of the walkway fence.

Peluche #3

• Location: Inside the mining tunnels, just to the left of the Gobblegums machine.

Peluche #4

• Location: In the biological lab, you can find this plush on the intermediate walkway near a barricade and the crafting table, alongside some electronic devices and a stretcher.

• Location: On the western section of Crab Island (the largest island south of the map). This plush lies slightly to the left of the crafting table, next to a light source.

Peluche #6

• Location: On the deck of the sunken ship. You’ll discover this plush inside an orange container filled with barrels.

Once you’ve collected all six plush toys, head over to the residence building. Approach any plush toy, like the monkey plush on the lower bunk near the stairs, and interact with it.

This interaction will cause all collected plush toys to float and merge into one, magically transforming into the ally Mega Taponado. You’ll also notice some random rewards dropping, including gear accessories.

Benefits of the Mega Taponado Ally

The Mega Taponado ally is a special NPC that will follow you around, shooting purple projectiles at enemy zombies. While its damage output isn’t particularly high, every bit helps during intense battles.

Additionally, one of the most significant perks of having the Mega Taponado plush is its ability to revive you or your teammates if you’re downed during a match. This feature can be advantageous whether you’re playing solo or in a team, and it can occur multiple times (if you have the self-revive ability in your inventory).
