How to Activate the Quest

To initiate the “He who seeks, finds” quest, you must first complete the “A Needle in a Haystack” mission. During this quest, you will need to decide who to give some sensors to that you obtained from a character known as Torpe. After making your choice and finishing this mission, the quest related to the Journalist will become available.

Locating the Journalist’s Stash

Once the quest is active, head to your personal stash to retrieve a USB drive that contains an important voice note. This note will guide you to various treasures across the game. The stash will be indicated on your map, so look for a white icon marking its location.

Details on the Location

The stash is found within an abandoned house, specifically in the attic. To access it, you’ll need to locate a blue truck parked nearby. Stand in front of the truck, run toward it, and jump on top, as this is the only way to reach the attic.

Accessing the Attic

After climbing onto the truck, make your way to the roof and carefully navigate to the side of the porch roof. From there, you can enter the attic through a window. Inside, you will find a blue chest filled with various items.

Exploring the Chest

As you search through the chest, you will discover a light mercenary suit, which offers significantly better protection against radiation than your current gear. Additionally, you’ll find the Monolith PTM, some pistol ammo, and another memory containing a message from the Journalist.
