Starting The Flying Tile Quest

To initiate ‘The Flying Tile’ side quest, approach Tormali, who is situated beside the treasure chest and smoothie shop in the Gerudo Desert Oasis. You will likely encounter this area during the main quest titled ‘A Rift in Gerudo Desert.’

The Flying Tile Walkthrough

Tormali is eager to showcase the Flying Tile Echo to her boss. If you already have the Echo, simply present it to Tormali to complete the quest. If you haven’t found it yet, you can discover the Flying Tile Echo inside a hidden cave located in the northwestern part of Gerudo Desert. The entrance to this cave is situated high above the red ‘X’ marker, which indicates where the Energy Glove accessory is found in a treasure chest.

To reach the cave, utilize Trampoline, Wooden Box, and Table Echoes to ascend the cliffs east of the Oasis, where you will notice crumbling statues at the top. Once atop, make your way west until you locate the cave entrance. Be cautious, as the cave is filled with Flying Tiles that will attack you upon entry.

Before heading back to Tormali with your newly acquired Echo, remember to explore the cave further. Use the Echo inside the cave to navigate to a treasure chest containing a silver Rupee, which is worth 100 Rupees.
